Environment Designer / Set Dresser
Babble Tower Games is seeking several passionate environment designers / set dressers for a first-person survival horror game. This role involves working with the Game Designer and Art Director to build, polish and ship levels using Unity URP.
This position requires a strong artistic eye while utilizing already made assets.
Responsibilities
- Set-dress single player levels based on existing game design layouts and direction. This will involve taking a level from the gray box phase to shipping; iterating based on feedback and creative goals.
- Research and create own prefabs based on existing assets. For example, creating own prefabs using Megascans materials.
- Maintain project organization and naming structure.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong artistic vision, story telling and world building skills inside game engines.
- Relevant portfolio, ideally showing off previous environment building, set dressing and 3D asset development.
- Excellent documentation, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain focus and self-motivation towards the current project goals.
- 3+ years of experience with Unity.
Extra Credit
- Experience with asset creation software such as Blender, Maya and the Substance software suite.

Character Concept Artist
Babble Tower Games is seeking a passionate character concept artist for a first-person survival horror game. This role involves working with the Game Designer and Art Director to create unique horrifying creations that further game play and support strong narrative.
This position requires a strong artistic eye and creative passion for medieval aesthetics.
Responsibilities
- Research and develop diverse ideas for character designs and additional props.
- Thumbnail out multiple design variations and then iterate upon it with the input from the directors. Render out a final concept with material callouts.
- Constantly bring up new and creative ideas and solutions to designs and problems.
- Match the art style and quality that is defined by the Art Director.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong artistic vision, storytelling and world building through character design skills.
- Relevant portfolio demonstrating previous character concepts.
- Excellent documentation, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain focus and self-motivation towards the current project goals.
Extra Credit
- Personal interest in medieval history and accuracy.
- Enjoyment of the horror genre!

3D Character Artist
Babble Tower Games is seeking a passionate character artist for a first-person survival horror game. This role involves working with the Game Designer and Art Director to create horrifying creations that further game play and support strong narrative.

- Carry out the full production pipeline of sculpting and then developing game ready 3D characters based on pre-existing concept art.
- Research and develop unique ideas for weapons, props and ideas to further the narrative vision as set out by the director of the project.
- Maintain project organization and naming structure.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong artistic vision, storytelling and world building through character design skills inside game engines.
- Relevant portfolio, ideally showing off previous game ready character designs, props and 3D asset development.
- Excellent documentation, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain focus and self-motivation towards the current project goals.
